The hotel was clearly one of the best ones in the island but the overall infrastructure is very old and at least for me the price per night is significantly higher than what you receive

There was a very large insect in the bathroom and both the toilet and the sink were clogged. That is stuff that can not happen in a place with a very high price per night. Simply not acceptable.
